State Budgetary Healthcare Institution "Center for Specialized Types of Medical Aid of the Kaliningrad Region"
— The regional dermatovenerologic dispensary was established in 1946 by order of the Kaliningrad regional health department No. 82 dated June 15, 1946 at the suggestion of the expedition of the USSR Ministry of Health to combat venous diseases.
— Today, the staffing rate of the Center with medical personnel is 100%, which guarantees the availability and quality of the provision of dermatovenerological medical care to the population of the Kaliningrad region. Today 196 employees work here. Of these, 3 are honored doctors of the Russian Federation, 1 candidate of medical sciences.
— The work of a dermatoverological bed is 343 days a year, which is one of the best indicators of the work of a hospital in the Russian Federation.
— The Center for Special Medical Aid has occupied a leading position in the rating of medical organizations in the Kaliningrad region for many years.
The subject of the Institution's activities is the implementation of the institution's medical activities, the prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases (hereinafter STI), venereal and infectious skin diseases of the population of the city of Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad region and the provision of services indirectly related to the provision of medical assistance to the population aimed at achieving the goals of the establishment of the institution
The main purpose of the activities of the Institution is to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation:
— when carrying out preventive measures to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, venereal and contagious skin diseases;
— in the provision of qualified advisory and medical assistance to the population;
— at the organizational and methodological management of dermatovenerologic institutions and offices of the city of Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad region;
— when meeting the public need for medical care for the population, participation in the implementation of health programs aimed at improving the health indicators of the population
